~Walking In The Light~
In this podcast, Elders Randall & DeBorrah K. Ogans share biblically based insight, guidance, and advice on Life & Living, Marriage & Relationships, Family & Parenting, Faith & Belief, Church & Religion, Spiritual Health, and more.
Weekly episodes encourage listeners to live life out loud, walking/living in the light, doing what the Lord requires of us in every area of life. What does the Lord require of us? To act justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with our God.
Jesus said "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life".
To walk in the light is to have a daily commitment to living out a righteous life. Blessed(happy) are those who walk in the light of His presence. His word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. For it is in Him that we live, and move, and have our being.
This then is the message which we have heard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanseth us from all sin.
Always keep in mind, the transforming power of the Lord, is truth. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and everything else will be added unto you.
If you haven't already, make a commitment today, to start Walking In the Light.

Colossians - Christ Centered Gospel
In this episode, we look at the Apostle Paul’s letter to the church at Colossae, which is the Book of Colossians. We highlight and emphasize the absolute supremacy and sufficiency of Jesus Christ. Recognizing that He is the Head of the Church, the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation, and the fullness of God in bodily form.
The Bible states: “In the Beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. And the word became flesh, and dwelt among us. That word is Jesus Christ, for by him all things were made.
Our finite minds cannot comprehend “the Beginning”, but know that He was there.
The Apostle Paul wrote this letter to the church to combat false doctrines and teachings, that were spreading. We have that same battle today, which is why we must contend for the faith. To do that, there is a need for discernment in the face of false teachings. We emphasize the importance of understanding God's sovereign power.
The Holy Spirit is our Comforter and source of truth. He empowers us to live righteously, access God's power, and understand the Word of God. We encourage you to rely on His guidance and indwelling presence.
As we examine the book of Colossians, two things we want to help you better understand are:
1. What does it mean to be "complete in Him" as stated in Colossians?
2. The concept of "perfection"? What does it mean to be “perfect”.
Many people, when they make a mistake, or display a character flaw, are quick to say “Well, I’m not perfect”. To them, we say “welcome to the Nobody’s Perfect Club”, where you can have a crutch and unlimited excuses for not doing or being as you should. You really don’t want to be a member of this club.
God wouldn’t tell us to “Be Ye Perfect”, if it wasn’t possible. He’s not telling you to be “flawless”, you can’t, but you can be “perfect”, which means something entirely different from what many people think.
Listen carefully as we take this deep dive into the book of Colossians.
